  • Cancellation between 24-48 hours before scheduled consultation: 75% refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before scheduled consultation: 50% refund
  • No-show without notice: No refund

3.2 Ongoing Advisory Services

For ongoing advisory services or retainer arrangements:

  • If you are dissatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment.
  • Refunds will be prorated based on the services already provided.
  • After the initial 14-day period, refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Investment Plans and Strategy Documents

For custom investment plans and strategy documents:

  • Prior to the delivery of the final document, cancellation will result in a partial refund based on the work already completed.
  • After delivery of the final document, refunds are not typically provided as you have received the complete service.
  • If the delivered document does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, you may request revisions or, in cases of significant discrepancy, a partial refund.

4. Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

4.1 Downloadable Financial Resources

For downloadable financial resources, templates, or guides:

  • Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not provided once the download link has been accessed.
  • If you have not downloaded the product and request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund may be issued at our discretion.

4.2 Online Courses and Webinars

For online financial courses and webinars:

  • Pre-recorded courses: If you are dissatisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 30% of the course.
  • Live webinars: Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the scheduled webinar. After this time, no refunds will be issued, but you may transfer your registration to another available session.

5. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service.
  • Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.
  • If you cancel within the first 14 days of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle.

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Processing time for refunds is typically 5-10 business days, but may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • For credit card payments, refunds may appear as a credit on your statement for 1-2 billing cycles.
